I've read it might be a problem with the proximity sensor, but my phone is brand new--purchased mid-March. Would the case it's in have an effect on the sensor? Help??!

Then test with the Voice Memos app.

Microphone work properly but during voice call my voice breaking if i weared full screen tempered glass if not wear tempered glass it’s work properly
