M1 MacBook Pro Speaker issues.

Hello, The speakers on my M1 MacBook Pro don't seem to be working, I've tried every troubleshoot and suggestion given to me and none of the simple fixes seem to be working, I haven't spilt anything on the device or left it anywhere dusty that may damage the speakers. anyone able to help?
