I upgraded from the XS to 13 Pro Max and I'm about to throw it out the window. I can't believe how slow it is. I've done everything recommended-deleted photos, apps, reset network, called provider, changed settings, etc.. I'm so frustrated. PLEASE HELP!

UPDATE:
I called Apple today. We updated my software to 15.0.2 and now it works with Wi-Fi. When I got my phone 5 days ago it was up to date with the 15 software . They told me that is the “Beta” version and that I need to update. Honestly, I thought my phone auto updated and I didn’t know there was already a new version. Anyway, the update seems to have fixed my problem with Wi-Fi. Hope this helps!
Although I have the 12 Pro Max I am having same issue. I didn't have the issue before Thanksgiving but I do now. I am on 15.1.1.
I have the same issue. Apple says send the phone back because the local store is closed because of Covid. Frustrating.

I first time bought an iPhone, and it is 13Pro Max. I am having the same issues. I can smoothly brows websites in the Google Chrome but in the Safari it takes too long (3/4 minutes).
I am experiencing the same issue with my new iPhone 13 pro max 1tb.
It is very slow. I can't even redownload my music. It takes the whole day just to download 1song and not downloading it at all.😣

Worse iPhone ever. Slow touch screen and lagging processor speed.
Some times it takes 6-10 seconds to get it to do anything.
Any answers from Apple?
Provider told me to reset network settings which I did to no avail. They then told me to bring the phone back to them. I was hoping that I wouldn't have to start over with another backordered phone and 3 hour transfer process!
I just got my 13 promax. I had the 11 promax. The biggest problems got me are. 1. Very slow to load. Veryyyyyyy slooooow. 2. In the photo options like standard and vibrant etc. no matter which setting you choose, everyone’s face is redder than normal. Even the cool coloring
I agree. It actually took me two minutes just to reply to this message on cell usage only and 4 bars for coverage. I had to verify my phone at some point and did the allow feature and it did not populate the code so I had to do it as a text and then it finally worked after I copied and pasted the code. Ugh!!! I want my iPhone 11 promax back!!!!
