Whenever I edit an all-day event to make it for a specific time, after I save that event, the app changes the time to four hours earlier. So if I edit an all-day event and make the start time 12pm, after I save it, the app changes the start time to 8am. I have the correct time zone set and and Time Zone Override is enabled but it keeps happening on both my iPhone and iPad.

Hi- this exact thing is happening to me with my Apple calendar. My daughter said it’s happening to her as well in her iPhone/Apple calendar. This seems to be an issue on the Apple side. Please advise if you can log a defect with your Apple product team.
Using Google Calendar or setting the event the amount of hours earlier that it need to be correct.
It might a bug for events that repeat
Has nothing to do with event repeating. Happens with single instance events. As stated, the bug lies in going from an 'all day event' to a specific time.

Same issue here. Very frustrating. Hard to “trust” my cameras and have to double check entries.
