iPad mini delivery delay?

I purchased an iPad mini on Oct 6th (Order#***). At that time, I was told that it would be delivered between Nov 12 - Nov 19. Is that still valid or is the shipping fiasco with all the cargo ships anchored outside the Port of Los Angeles going to delay it?
