Apple watch face Mickey Mouse won’t show on screen, but when I touch the screen it still talks.

If you have Apple Watch Series 6 it looks like a possible bug. Use https://www.apple.com/feedback/ to report the problem.
If other screen functions look OK there is no fault in the hardware, the problem is almost certainly settings. I would try the following sequence of fix attempts:

Blue Box? I have no idea unless it is the screen responding to your touch.. If it works and talks, don't worry about it!
