iPhone 12 Pro Max 1110 error

My iPhone 12 pro max is now stuck in an endless Apple loop. I tried a hard reboot. That didn't work. Then I tried to update it in restore mode. In the end I got an error 1110. I have no idea what that means, I can't find that error code anywhere. I tried updating using a Mac Book Pro. Any one can help?

Apple, I'm waiting for a solution. I don't accept losing my data.

I am having the same issue!

I was using an app and was attempting to close it because it was glitchy and delete photos to clear more storage. All of a sudden the grey spinning wheel appeared. After a while, nothing seemed to resolve so I tried to restart it and has been stuck in reboot loop. Plugged it into the computer to see if I can update that way, (as instructed by Apple support), but could not update. This is the message that appeared: "The iPhone “iPhone” could not be updated. An unknown error occurred (1110). 06A1.0456"

I went to Genius Bar today, they basically told me that I have to try 3rd party data extraction (which costs $800+ minimum with no guarantees of recovery), or wait for a new iOS to see if this issue resolves (who knows when that would be with these update files being massive), or I factory reset it (which means that I lose a year's worth of my baby's photos and videos).

I'm frustrated that I can't get access to simply clear off some stuff that's been stored on the phone so I can have a new update and now it's simply bricked and stuck in this restart loop.

They should know, I had several calls with them, and I even talked with the tech support manager. Their unique solution is a factory reset. Their answers are pretty much the same as in their official support pages, it is like talking with bots since they are not flexible at all. Nobody said, Ok, let me open a ticket with engineering, and we will keep you updated or something like that.

Had the same problems with my iphone x 256bg. The storage was almost full and when i plugged in my iMac it got ruined and went to apple logo start loop. Tried recovery mode to update the iOS and got the error 1110. Took to local iphone repair shops and still could not fixed. Digged and searched my brain out on ways to fix it for 2 days. Tried Fixppo and Reibot, could not work. Till i found imfc, could not repair or update at first, but i kept trying while contacting their customer support. Customer supports see the logs and help me solve the problems via email exchange and finally after clearing the error code on imfc program i could update it normally on iMac. Now my phone is up and running.

Try imfc if you want to solve this issue. The license costs about 80 bucks but it well worth it if you do not want to lose your data.
