Weird lines on ipad using apple pencil

Hi all. I've seen some forums about this but I wanted to ask about it anyways. On notability, my apple pencil has been glitching and making weird lines. Apple sent me a replacement and it's been a little better but it's still happening. For anyone who has dealt with this in the past, how did you fix it, if you did? It gets really frustrating. I wish Apple made better products.

Apple support told me that I probably dropped the pencil and that's why it isn't working, but I'm using their brand new replacement and it's still doing it....
