Apple Arcade not working with family sharing

Hi! I’ve had a subscription to Apple Arcade for a while and now my wife wanted to play some of the games, so we set up family sharing and it says she has access to the Apple Arcade subscription. When she goes on the App Store she can see all the games available on Apple Arcade. However, when she tries download a game she gets a notification saying she needs to be subscribed to Apple Arcade to download the game. We’ve uninvited and re-invited her to the family sharing and the problem persists. We’ve restarted her phone as well to see if it would help but it didn’t.


Is there something we can do to fix this issue?
