Photo booth app does not work on MacBook Air 2020
My photobooth app on MacBook air 2020 does not work, it says I don't have permission and I need to contact the computer administrator for help. How can I get permission?

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. Are you the administrative user on your Mac? If not, you may want to reach out to whoever is the admin user and let them know. You could also attempt to set yourself as an admin user using the steps here:
