Hello, I can't seem to upload any music to my iPhone. I've tried to turn off the iCloud and deleted all the old music tracks, tried other little things, but new (and old) songs just doesn't appear on Itunes (Music app) and on my iPhone. I'm really frustrated, I can't find any info online, could someone please help me? I'm using Mac. Thank you.

When you say you're unable to drag and drop, what happens when you try? Are you seeing any errors or alerts? And are these the steps that you're following?

Are the songs in questions ones purchased in iTunes or are they being uploaded from other file types? If from other file types, do you know what format that they're in and where they originated from?

Hello, No, I'm using the Music app to listen to my music (that I already have on my laptop), not for the Apple music subscription. Still can't even drag&drop any tracks to Music app on Mac. Thanks.
All of my music tracks are mp3 files downloaded from the Internet. I've deleted all the songs and can't re-upload the old ones either. Seems like the problem is not in the files but in how Music app or iPhone is set.
When I drag&drop or when I'm using instructions you've send, nothing happens. No error or alerts, it's just ignores the command. Thank you
