Breath activity is interrupted if any Text message, WhatsApp or email notification is received. This is really annoying when there are multiple notifications making it difficult to complete a minute in this activity.
I did not face this issue before updating my iOS and Watch OS to 15 and 8 respectively
Is there a way to make breath activity continue without any disturbances by notifications.
I was having the same problem. Here is how to fix it:
1) Open the "Settings" app
2) Tap on the "Focus" Button
3) Tap "+" in the top right corner of your phone
4) Tap "Mindfulness"
5) Tap "Next"
6) [ Optional ] Select your allowed people
7) Tap "Allow" or Allow None"
8) [ Optional ] Select your allowed apps for notifications
9) Tap "Allow Only Time Sensitive" or "Allow None"
10) Tap "Turn Mindfulness on Automatically"
11) Tap "Done"
The Mindfulness Focus mode will now Start and Stop automatically when you use the Mindfulness App.
