Can someone help me get rid of command line tools for Xcode, please?
I am not developer. I do not write code, but this update wants to be installed and i cannot remove it.

You may have installed something that uses the command line tools.

Ok, i just ran the update, then i did uninstall procedure again. Looks like that resolved it.

I removed this directory, rebooted computer and update still wants to be installed. It is 500MB.
There may be a receipt for it which is promulgating the update. I don’t know where the BOM’s are stored, so can’t offer any other suggestions.
