What is possible fix for oversized screen every time on start up?

This is what worked for me:
- Boot up computer, you should now see that your screen is too large to see the menu bar at the top.
- Use your remote FOR YOUR TV SETTING (mine is a Toshiba-Tv) go to menu.
- Picture
- Theater Setting
- Picture size
- then choose "Native"
You should now see your menu bar at the top with adjusted setting, restart computer and the new setting should be saved for every time you start-up.
