TV Show Volumes not Organizing Correctly

Whenever I buy TV shows that come in split "Volumes", it never organizes it properly and I end up with a confusing mess of episodes. Since each volume lists episodes as 1-2-3-4 and so on, I end up with chronologically incorrect episodes. As seen on the picture below, I have 2 episode 1's and it continues down. Is there any way to fix this besides downloading each episode and manually changing the episode number? Thanks.
