There is no sound coming from Apple Watch 7. Checked Sound and Haptics, volume, silent mode . No alarm vibration also. Reset but no sound at all.

Same problem here, with a caveat. It also hung up installing the 8.3 update. Said it was paused until it was on a charger, at least 50% power and phone near by.
Met all the criteria and still nothing.
Restarted the watch and ran the update. No issues since.
two days later notices my gf’s series 7 was going the samething. Same fix worked.
I have this issue since weeks and it's a real problem because my morning alert doesn't wake me up when the watch doesn't make sound or haptics. The only way to fix it is to reboot. I will try to reset my watch as a last resort

Updated to watch os 8.1, issue is still arising on my watch. Exactly as you are describing it. Very annoying

I have the 6 and it keeps doing this too. It didn’t start until the last major watchOS 8 update. now it happens randomly.
Same issue. Maybe every few days I have to restart the watch because both sounds and haptics completely stop working.

Occurs also with charging. Intermittently stops charging, restart and it will charge. Hopefully the most recent update addresses this issue.
Updating to watchOS 8.3 didn't solve the issue, by the way. I'm starting to think it might be related to switching Focus modes.
