Images not loading in the mail app after updating my iPhone to iOS 15

Apple is investigating this issue for me at the moment. Will let you know if there are any updates.

What I found out is that there is a strange (local) location visible at the section where the image should be. See the image attached.

There is not an option for "load all images" for iPhone 11 in the mail settings. How can images be turned on for this device after the 15.2 update??

tried above answer = doesn't work

Well Apple needs to let users decide who is a security risk. Lands End certainly isn’t and I can’t shop from their emails or load their pictures

Why is this feature / check box not available in that spot on Monterey?

What goes for you? There are several issues discussed in this thread; what is your specific issue?

'load remote content' is not an option in mail preferences, under viewing. It's missing from the list. How do I turn on images without it?
