I’m having no luck with apple support on a issue that seems to be getting worse but fro sure frustrating . When typing an email , text , search , or social media my keyboard will just disappear it’s still there but I can’t see it and nothing short of restarting the phone and even then only occasionally it fixes the problem Has or is this happening to you

Screenshare with Apple:
You could call Apple back, and then perform a screensharing session with the Apple Rep. That would allow them to see this form your perspective.
