Android connection to Apple Music does not work

There was a time when I had a Shazam app on my android phone and also on my iPad and both synced the songs together to Apple Music. Now I am looking in my library on the android with 500+ songs and the iPad has 300 songs, with the last one added last year for some reason. There is no update to my Shazam playlist within Apple Music and this is quite upsetting as the main reason was to get new songs into my library.


I am logged in via google on my android phone and do not see any logon option anywhere in my iPad app and suspect there is a problem here


I really do not want to have to add each of the 200+ songs individually from the phone but there does not look like a very good way to do this. The play all feature on the android seems to play within the Shazam app and not open Apple Music.
