Chrome and AppleTV+ not working

I had tried Edge too. Same error.

Weird that Netflix, HBONow, Disney, and Peacock all work in either browser on my machine but AppleTV+ can't.

Funny too that the commercial plays just fine then it stops before the show begins.

It is probably a configuration setting. I wish I knew what to do...

True. I installed Firefox which works! Yay for watching Ted Lasso but boo for needing another browser installed.

The problem solver in me still needs to know why my preferred browser (Chrome) doesn't work.

We know other peps have Chrome and Edge working so must be my settings. I will try security, privacy and cookie settings which I didn't touch in Firefox but I know I have tightened up in Chrome.

I had tried incognito with the same results - it didn't work. Commercial plays then show says brower is old.

Can't tell you how many times I have watched the Acapulca preview. haha

But that does rule out some of the add-ins like AdblockPlus. I had also removed Adblock in one of my previous tests too.

I have turned on all cookies.

I tried Safe Browsing setting with:

Enhanced Protection and Standard protection not working

the "No Protection" also didn't work (thankfully)

Not sure what else to try
