Roblox purchases

It’s disappointing to know how easy it is for kids to purchase this from Roblox.

My son created an account and went to town with purchases.

I should have put in a complaint in a long time ago and never knew I could claim for a refund it doesn’t come up with the history and it doesn’t give me the opinion to anymore and my son spend more than $600 from my account from 11 Aug 2020 - 24 Oct 2020

Unauthorised purchases on Roblox My Son, age 7, had 37 purchase items from Roblox. Among those purchases, 1 out 34 was approved for refund on 6/7/2023, the rest 3 was approved on 14/7/2023.
