Im signed into apple id MY apple id but once i try to update my apps it asks for my mothers apple id for some reason?

I try to update my apps and it asks for my mothers apple id but if i look anywhere in the settings and it shows that im signed into my account

If you downloaded them originally with another ID then you will need to update them while signed into that ID or delete them and download them with your ID.
