Trying to restore my elderly mom's iPhone, which had become disabled because of too many bad passcode attempts. I can get it in restore mode, but keep getting to the point where the software is installing and verifying with Apple, then I get the message: unable to restore iPhone. Unknown error occurred. Any suggestions?
