Printer issues with Big Sur

I recently upgraded to Big Sur and now my printers become "lost" every night. I have two printers, HP and Brother, both connected to same wifi as my Macbook Air. My first attempt to print a page in the mornings result in an error saying "Looking for printer..." I have to unplug the printer to reset it and reconnect it to my Macbook Air. This started with upgrade to Big Sur. My wife's PC does not have this issue. Nor do my iPad or iPhone. Just my Macbook.

Ideas?

Hi,

It would probably be correct to assume that both printers are AirPrint models.

About AirPrint - Apple Support

Any change if you try a full power-cycling sequence in the following order? Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printers, the MacBook Air, and all other devices/computers. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printers. Wait a minute or two. Power on the MacBook Air. Finally, power on all other devices/computers.

If necessary, you may want to reset the printing system on the MacBook Air, and re-add the printers.
