Ringtone Not Showing in List

I went through sound & haptics to the tone store, purchased a song, but it does not show in my list of ringtones. It also does not show when I try to set that as a specific tone for a contact. Nothing popped up asking if I wanted that to be my default ring tone. In the ringtone menu I selected, Download Purchases, but nothing happened and that button went away.

Iphone 13, software 15.0.2.
