Apple - Please fix 120Hz ProMotion on iOS 15, and require all iOS apps to support 120Hz ProMotion on iPhone 13 Pro/Pro Max

I would like to make a request to Apple about 120Hz ProMotion on the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. This is one of the top features of the iPhone 13 Pro family, and it provides an extremely smooth viewing, scrolling, and touch experience. However, this only works on most of Apple's stock apps, and almost all third-party apps do not support the full 120Hz capability. On third-party apps, only scrolling and opening stock menus are played in 120Hz - the app's own animations play in 60Hz. This even happens on some of Apple's stock apps and on iOS 15 itself. This is a very easy issue to fix, with Apple providing documentation on a key to add to the app's Info.plist file along with a Core Animation bug fix coming soon. However, I have made many bug reports myself to developers of apps I use and asked them to fix this issue, but nothing is happening. The Core Animation bug that is said to be coming soon has also not arrived yet, even with the release of iOS 15.1. I am asking Apple to fix this issue as soon as possible, by providing the Core Animation bug fix and also requiring all app developers on the App Store to add this key to their app. This is a very quick fix that should not take long at all, but at the same time it is extremely important, because one of the main purposes of using the iPhone 13 Pro is the 120Hz ProMotion display, and the experience is ruined by constantly switching between 60Hz and 120Hz, the difference between which is immediately noticeable to many people. This has been a complaint of many iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max users, and I ask that this issue be fixed as soon as possible.
