Running IOS 15.0.2. After the last update, when Android users text me it doesn't alert on the phone. My Apple watch alerts, but the phone is silent. The message does pop up on the lock screen and it shows the message notification badge.
I've made sure I don't have any conversations muted. I've checked the notification settings, volume, etc. Nothing has resolved the issue.

I read the article. However, this issue only affects text messages from Android users. If an iPhone user sends me a message I get notification sounds on both the watch and phone. I prefer that and it was doing it until the 15.0.2 update.
I’ll do the 15.1 update tonight and see if anything changes.
