My AirPods are connected to another Apple ID instead of mine
my airpods are connected to my friend's apple id instead of mine so how do i change it back to my apple id??

Have your friend remove them from "Find My" on their phone. Then connect them to your phone:
Connect and use your AirPods and AirPods Pro

P.S. you should be able to connect them to your phone regardless
