That’s what I find too. When you change dates it’s like they overlap. I can’t trust what I see and until I touch the calendar entry does it refresh and show the proper appointments. It sucks big time.
Just got off Apple Support. They had me do a Network Settings Reset, which helped some. The app opens more responsive, and the Day view is better but the List View is still very laggy.
No joy after Network Settings Reset.
Sorry, it was All Settings. Which by the way resets wallpaper, Bluetooth, Wifi and Apple Pay. So it’s a PITA.
Similar and maybe worse problems on an iPhone 8 following iOS 15.1 update. The app seems frozen.
So the issue is related to an MS Exchange (or Office 365) account.
That’s interesting, thank you.
At least Exchange, I have seen others reporting issues with Google accounts as well.
Meanwhile this alternative app Senna not to have any issue: https://www.devart.nl/calalarm/index.html
Also Microsoft’s Outlook seems to work fine (but I don’t like it very much).
This is NOT an answer.
I think you should unflag it as an answer.
Yes, me too but not so much.
I decided to uninstall the app until its fixed.

Same issues here. Have contacted apple and they acknowledge it's an issue. Submitted examples to level 2 support.
I am having same issue
Calendar does not appear in Background App Refresh list, so it cannot be disabled.
