Why does iPhone 12 Pro acting up? The battery stay and stop at certain percentage and shut down randomly. Sometimes battery percentage shows 35 percent then all of a sudden shut down and there is no battery, when it’s charge it show randomly from 12 percent to 65 percents. Why iPhone is over all so bad on this?

Will Apple be responsible with these issues? just randomly shut down to service as free since it’s their fault of poor designing? I am pretty sure they know that too and they should be fully responsible for this, they are playing with people money. More people should complain about this. Apple know that iPhone 12 Pro and pro max has defect in it so they even remove from their website. What about those who purchased iPhone 12 Pro and pro max when they released? Shouldn’t they get fix or replacement of the phone? Or get refund it at least? If anything that is fault from Apple, shouldn’t they be fully responsible of it? When we bought the phone, everything was mentioned to us was all good things. But there defects on iPhone 12 Pro and pro max so now what they will do on this? If the Apple don’t take care on this and not responsible then they are the worse company. A good company will always stand for what they had done wrong and they will take care of their mistakes and now seems like Apple shows so much carelessness and they are acting that they don’t even know what’s going on while they know exactly what’s going on.
The last time I checked, it was 84 percent and I just check it just right now, it says maximum capacity is 94%
