I use an iPhone 13 pro for a two day and my screen turns pink for a few seconds and then reloads. It happens all the time, so I can't use my iPhone. Why?

The issue has been resolved. Replacement of the device (authorized service conclusion )
Having the same problem with iPhone 13 pro Max 256gb. Was sending a pdf by whatsapp, it froze with pink screen and restarted by himself. Besides that, the Lightning port is almost unnusable, I can only charge with the 20w Charger bought on istore - 5w genuine chargers or iPad 10w chargers with original cables wont charge, neither connecting it to my MacBook - doesn’t charge or even gets identified. But MagSafe charging with Belkin BOOST↑CHARGE PRO charges with no problem. With the 20w charger, it takes 3 or 4 seconds to start charging, it doesn’t start immediately as usual.
I had the same issue with my iPhone 13 Pro Max
Starting from Nov. 13th 2021
Description:
unexpected restarts with screen off
occasional pink screen crashes randomly
the device became almost unusable
I tried restarting, resetting settings and every solution I found online but with no success.
So, I handled my device to Apple (Nov. 16th) and they were very understanding of the issue. At first glance the diagnosis was a faulty motherboard. And they offered to fix it.
There are two major disappointments in my case:
1- They can only offer something called "Back System Replacement" simply keeping my original screen and camera system and replacing the faulty parts. Problem is the phone is only active for less than 2 months and I would be so happy if they can offer a brand new replacement unit. It is not so nice to have my iPhone guts out after this brief amount of time. And my iPhone would be marked as "fixed" so I will lose the value of my device when trying to sell it in the future.
2- The process will take from 7 to 14 working days. So maximum of 18 days which is about half the time I had my iPhone in my pocket, again so disappointing.
Final thought: Apple customer care is not as wonderful as before. I'm now with no decent device in my pocket and I paid a premium device expecting to find a premium kind of service. Something very natural is a replacement unit.
Will post any updates as soon as I hear back from Apple.

@DPigar How did you get it replaced? I’m facing the same issue but I don’t have any screenshots with me. And where did you get it replaced from?
I'm from Russia. I handed over the iPhone to the service center and they confirmed the defect
my iphone 13 pro max’s screen turned pink and knocked itself out on halloween. it took a moment to shut down and to open. no problems after that. a few weeks later (now), i was deleting some stuff and when i went to my photos library, the whole screen was pink. you could still access the app but the whole thing was pink. Help?

That happened to me too so I took it to my local Apple store. They said it was because it didn’t download the latest update (even though it is set to automatic updates). I was sent home because the update takes 30 minutes. After about 5 minutes, the phone says it can’t update. Now it’s crashing and turning off.
I just switched to Apple and it’s very disheartening to have a brand new phone not working. In 15 years I have never had so many problems with a cell phone not to mention a new one. I’ll probably just switch back to something that’s reliable.
It happened to my 6 days old iPhone too. I am very careful with my phone and do not want to drop it or get scratches. Unfortunately, Apple Support is not really helpful as all they say is “I understand your situation, blah blah blah. Then will ask to bring the phone to the service center. I brought the phone to the service center after I tried all the available solutions online. They confirmed it is hardware problem. I really do not want it to be opened for repair or replaced with a refurbished phone because it is practically very new. But I had no choice. Apple Support is really frustrating. After a few days they called me and said I can pick up the phone as it is not a hardware issue. That they only charged the phone and it worked. So basically, I just wasted money, time, and effort plus worried about what will happen to the phone. I took the phone home, which was not really resolved. I just lost all my data. When I started setting it up, then the problem started again, and it is continuing to happen. I know that if I contact Apple Support they will just ask me to bring it to the service center and it will just be another cycle of unresolved issue.
It is very frustrating that I was in a middle of a call and it suddenly malfunctioned, so the call ended abruptly. If I am outside and I always use my phone to book for a ride, pay, and search for stuff, and it suddenly malfunction, then I wouldn’t know what to do. I’m sure Apple Support will say, “Sorry that you have to experience that, blah blah blah” but will never really resolve the issue.
The phone is very expensive but unreliable. The stress that it is causing me and its effects on my mental health thinking about how I trusted Apple and paid a hefty amount for a malfunctioning unit but not getting proper post sales support is very very disappointing.
I regret buying this phone, given that I am not getting the support and response that I need from Apple. If only I could turn back time.
Plus, I checked with the service center if the phone was opened and they said no, after checking the screws. But when I checked the screws myself, my phone already has scratches. It is so disappointing!
Pink screen then crashes
airpod pros dissconnect with super loud static
Ok, so I got my device back yesterday Nov 25th. They made the job right. Everything works very well, no unexpected restarts whatsoever. Phone is stable and the crashes are gone.
The only consideration is the device model number now starts with N which means a repaired/replacement unit instead of M which means brand new iPhone.
I just had the same thing happen to me, was taking a photo and suddenly my phone flashed pink then crashed.
No clue if I should get this checked out or ignore till it’s an issue
Had the same issue when taking a picture and it froze screen turned pink and then restarted. Called apple support they ran diagnostics and said there was nothing wrong. So gonna keep it until it happens again or happens constantly.if it does i am returning it since I just got it day before yesterday.
Upon google search and a bit of research its been plaguing past iphones too. So hopefully its software.fingers crossed
Exact same with me, not sure what I should as I can’t replicate it again so I think it was completely random.
