My Iphone 13 pro screen itself turn Pink (purple) and Randomly Crashing

I use an iPhone 13 pro for a two day and my screen turns pink for a few seconds and then reloads. It happens all the time, so I can't use my iPhone. Why?

I had the same issue with my iPhone 13 Pro Max

Starting from Nov. 13th 2021

Description:

unexpected restarts with screen off

occasional pink screen crashes randomly

the device became almost unusable

I tried restarting, resetting settings and every solution I found online but with no success.

So, I handled my device to Apple (Nov. 16th) and they were very understanding of the issue. At first glance the diagnosis was a faulty motherboard. And they offered to fix it.

There are two major disappointments in my case:

1- They can only offer something called "Back System Replacement" simply keeping my original screen and camera system and replacing the faulty parts. Problem is the phone is only active for less than 2 months and I would be so happy if they can offer a brand new replacement unit. It is not so nice to have my iPhone guts out after this brief amount of time. And my iPhone would be marked as "fixed" so I will lose the value of my device when trying to sell it in the future.

2- The process will take from 7 to 14 working days. So maximum of 18 days which is about half the time I had my iPhone in my pocket, again so disappointing.

Final thought: Apple customer care is not as wonderful as before. I'm now with no decent device in my pocket and I paid a premium device expecting to find a premium kind of service. Something very natural is a replacement unit.

Will post any updates as soon as I hear back from Apple.

Good morning ! I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max that has already had this pink screen and auto restart issue twice. The first time I was using iOS 15.2.1 and when using the original iPhone camera this crash happened. I reset the iPhone and it seemed to have resolved the issue. Yesterday I had it and I started to feel it hot, I even disabled the 5G and turned off the device and wait a while to restart. I'm already with iOS 15.3, it happens that when using the original camera I often feel the lack of stabilization, lack of focus and tremors when switching the functions between recording and photographing it gets the pink screen for a few seconds and automatically restarted what I found that iOS 15.3 did not fix it. You can't keep resetting your iPhone every time this problem arises. I would like a solution. My device is a 256G iPhone 13 Pro Max, purchased on September 18, 2021 which I am very careful about and you can check without any signs of use.
