QR code is not being recognized by my iPhone. Is this a known issue ?

I could not find that detail anywhere. Just a portal that some residents can log into. Others have to log into a different credentialing system. Neither of which indicate that verifiable vaccination records are provided. If you were vaccinated at CVS, Walgreens, Kroger, and some other national chains, you can get a QR code to add to your wallet.

If you’re scanning the QR code and it opens the Apple Health website in Safari instead of the Health app itself, click on the share button in Safari. A menu should show an option to open or add to the Health app after clicking the share button.

Follow the prompts to add to Health and Wallet.
