NBC app

the app works fine except when i try to watch live tv

all it shows is a frozen screen from the today show, all the other live shows work, i"ve deleted, re-downloaded, updated, but nothing has worked so far

NBC APP Freezes in the evening While watching NBC Nightly News the NBC app locks up at 18:12 every evening. On rare occasions it will recover but most times I have to unplug Apple TV to reset it. I have watched the broadcast while streaming on Xfinity with different devices and no disruption occurs; only on the Apple TV and only on the NBC app LIVE. Does anyone else seem to have this issue? Curious about the oddity of the timing. Something happens at that time which disrupts the data stream and causes the issue. I sure would like to zero in on the issue. Any advice is much appreciated.

Appletv is stuck on “appletv+ is here” screen My appletv is stuck on this screen. I’ve restarted but it won’t work. It’s worthless as I can’t navigate to anything. Any advice?

Have you tried to contact the app developer nbc or whoever they had make their app
