My film does not show up on Apple TV search but I can buy it in iTunes on my laptop.

Hello all,

The title pretty much explains my problem but the longer version is that I am an independent film maker and one of my titles is for sale or rent in iTunes. The title is called Reefscapes : Nature's Aquarium. I can find it searching iTunes on my laptop but if I search for Reefscapes in the iTunes store on Apple TV, I get nothing.

Any ideas on how to appear on the TV search would be greatly appreciated.

Hello underwaterguy2,

From your post it appears you are concerned about your film not appearing in the search results on Apple TV.

We were able to find the film without any issue searching iTunes Movies on an Apple TV HD. Take a look at the instructions on how to search on your Apple TV here: Buy movies and TV shows from the Apple TV app - Apple Support

Are you able to find other movies by title without any problems?

This would indicate if there is a more widespread problem.
