Apple Watch won’t fix

My Apple Watch’s language for messaged is stuck on Spanish everything else is English I have deleted my Spanish keyboard on my iphone and try Spanish language on my iPhone I have even reset my watch but the message language won’t turn English it makes me dictate and type in Spanish and says espacio which is space in Spanish I cannot seem to fix this issue I have the watch set on English and mirror my phone but my phone doesn’t have any Spanish setting in it so I don’t know what to do
