I will take a picture of my iPhone 6s battery I have inspected it under a microscope and found what seems to be explosion marks in the top of the battery I would like to know what Apple will do about this as I have had to purchase another battery

Apple won't do anything, Lithium Polymer batteries when they are worn out or malfunctioning will swell and expand. Since you opened the phone yourself and replaced the battery Apple most likely won't have anything to do with your iPhone.
Apple, Samsung, Google, etc. won't do anything, that is nothing abnormal. Is the shop you took it to an Apple Authorized Service Provider? If no then they did not use an official Apple battery.
Sorry I failed to explain, the repair was done by a shop he gave me the battery as I was curious as to what apple would do. My understanding is that he replaced it with an official apple battery
