Siri's voice sounds weird on iOS 15.1
I’m on iOS 15.1 And my Siri sounds so weird. It sounds like a really bad phone call. All muffled and robotic. Should I do a reboot?

Mine was sounding the same! I changed the voice to a different setting, then did the hard reboot using (volume up, volume down one after the other, and then holding the power button until the apple logo appears and the phone restarts). Then I reset my airpods and then changed Siri’s Vice back to the voice I prefer and restarted once again. Hopefully this clears up the issue.

It’s the same for me and I am constantly having to restart and change the voice. It’s ridiculous can’t you just send a bug fix.
Hi, thanks for responding. Unfortunately that's not my problem, my phone can be fully charged and plugged into car play and she starts sounding like a robot. It happens almost daily now.
I was having this same issue and come to find it is only happening in low power mode. This was driving me nuts for days! I hope this helps others.
Turn off low power mode
A solution that worked for me:
Settings > Accessibility > Voice Over > Speech > Turn off "Pitch Change"
It sure was an annoying voice change! Hope this helps!
