Apple Music (Automatic Downloads)

Since installing Monterey, automatic downloads option in Music no longer stays turned on. After I check it, reverts back to off. Anyone having same issue? Assuming it’s a bug

Can confirm that this has been fixed in the MacOS 12.2 that came out today Jan 26. Yeah!

Apple Music doesn't open since upgrade to Monterey 12.4 I had major performance issue with Apple Music on Monterey 12.3.1, so I installed 12.4. After upgrade to 12.4, the performance got worst and now, Apple Music doesn't open anymore. It only makes the performance so bad I need to Force Quit Music because it's not responding. Am I the only one with this bug?

Can't search in Apple Music I have a subscription to Apple Music and I tried to search for a song. it was only searching inside my library. I am unable to search the Apple Music section, it only lists "Your Library" and "iTunes Store" to search. On the sidebar I cannot browse the Apple Music section as the only one listed under Apple Music is "Radio." I am unsure of why this happened. I already tried logging out and logging back in, and it was unsuccessful. Further, when I go to Music > Preferences, I don't have a restrictions tab. Only general, playback, files, and advanced.

Apple Music stop playing playlist randomly I have a Apple ONE subscription and have created my own playlist. My OS is Monterey 12.2.1. Now I have the issue that Music randomly stops playing. When I click the playbutton it continues to play and then after a few minutes or a few numbers it stop playing again. I have really no clue why this happens. I did not had this issue in previous versions of Monterey.

I just updated my m1 MacBook pro 16 inch to mac os 12.1 and I am also having the same issue

Thanks for the suggestions. I should also add that the songs that are “missing” don’t even show up as un-downloaded song. They are completely missing. Tracks go 1, 9, 10, and so on. Songs 2-8 are not even visible on the iPhone/iPad.

I can't turn it off on MacBook Pro (Mid 2015) and songs won't delete from the library. It keeps adding songs i've deleted when i update the library.
