HELP!! Updated FCPX and my projects have red warning MISSING PLUGIN

I really need help, I recently updated to Monterey, and also updated FCPX, but now my projects are full of the warning; Missing Plugin. As I didn't know I needed to, as I haven't had a problem before, I have not got backups of my libraries.

I did have a back up of FCPX 10.5.1, but as the libraries have been updated, now they won't open.

I cannot lose all my work, what do I do?!

imovie projects disappeared My imovie projects have disappeared. I dont know how, I did not accidentally delete them as far as I know. I have located the backup libraries but they only contain the one project that still remains in Imovie but none of the others that were there before this issue. Although the restored project says its missing media despite all the media being there in libraries. The library size is down by about 3GB so I know a lot has been deleted but I dont know why nor can I find any trace of the missing projects in the backup libraries. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Post some screenshots. There are different red warning thumbnails, that mean different things.

Where are you seeing the red warning? In the browser? In the timeline?

Select the clips that show the warning and open the Inspector. Post screenshots.
