Right Airpod lasts for 2 minutes only.

Hello I have airpod gen 1, The right airpod doesnt last for more than 2minutes. It shows 100% battery. In case all are charged. But when I tried to listen anythign then right airpod disconnected from the bluetooth and shows 0% charge. But in the next momment it shows 100% charge. I dontknow whats going on.

Im shocked to see how apple product doesnt last for more than 2 years. Its like local product now. What should I do.

This problem lasts even after, Resetting Airpod, Removing and resetting the airpod again in devices. Tried multiple devices. I even tried latest IOS.

Now what options do i left with where I do not need to spend my money?

Hello,

friend of mine had similar issue with gen.1 AirPods, and this trick helped him, maybe it will help You:

Here’s how to do an AirPods reset the right way:

Make sure your AirPods are in their case with the lid closed
After 30-60 seconds, open the lid of your AirPods case
On your iPhone, open the Settings app
Select “Bluetooth”
Select the “i” next to your AirPods
Select “Forget This Device” and confirm your choice
With the lid open on your AirPods case, press the small button on the back of the case. Hold it down for 15 seconds until you see the case status light blinking an amber color. Release the button.
With the case lid still open, bring your AirPods close to your iPhone to re-pair them.
