An ipad reset and restore did not solve the problem

Files App Disappeared My Files app icon has disappeared from both my iPad and from my iPhone XR. When I go to the App Store, it indicates I already have downloaded the app, and if I hit OPEN, the app opens, which isn’t convenient.
