macOS Monterey with Canon LBP2900B Printer

Hi Guys,

just updated my macOS to Monterey from Big Sur, now my Canon LBP2900B is not working, I tried reinstalling the printer driver file for LBP3000 using the solution given here; https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252085820. it doesn't seem to work now.

Appreciate your suggestion and guidance.

I can't print to my Canon MG5520 printer since upgrading to I have been unable to print to my Canon MG5520 printer since upgrading to OSX Monterey. Printer and Mac are connected to to the same wireless. I have downloaded the latest drivers (September 2021) from Canon's website. I can print form an iMac running OSX Catalina. I tried resetting the printing system. The Mac Book sees the printer but generates an error when I try to add the printer. "Unable to communicate with the printer at this time"
