I can't print to my Canon MG5520 printer since upgrading to

I have been unable to print to my Canon MG5520 printer since upgrading to OSX Monterey.


Printer and Mac are connected to to the same wireless.

I have downloaded the latest drivers (September 2021) from Canon's website.


I can print form an iMac running OSX Catalina.


I tried resetting the printing system. The Mac Book sees the printer but generates an error when I try to add the printer.


"Unable to communicate with the printer at this time"
