i accidentally let someone water drop on the MacBook keyboard and I tried to dry them as soon as possible, but I think some still got under the keys. I run apple diagnostics to check and it said that no issues were found. Should I still be worried?

Well, maybe you dodged a bullet.
Liquid damage can get worse over time not better— if so Apple does not clean logic board/keyboard they replace it.
If you have AppleCare+ it will cover a large portion of accidental damage.
