Update Apple ID settings on Apple TV box

I am unable to use my Apple TV box because it is stuck on "Update Apple ID settings" It has this red dot that I can't shift. I have disconnected from power to try and reset without result, turned it off and on still nothing. I can use the Apple App on my phone and on my Mac Mini with out any problem it's just the TV box that won't respond. When I try to use it, it says that features will not function until I sign again.


There is my problem Please assist

Try signing out, then immediately sign in again.
