Thank you for those details

Is your Mac also set up to take calls from your iPhone as described here: Change Settings preferences in FaceTime on Mac

Do you see any missed notifications for calls on your Mac? This link may also have helpful steps in resolving the issue: Make and receive phone calls in FaceTime on Mac

Under System Preferences > Notifications, is Do Not Disturb turned on?

Cheers!

Hello Randela2021,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We understand you're having issues with receiving FaceTime calls on your Mac. The related article at the top of the page is a great place to start. Have you checked everything in that article? Are you able to place FaceTime calls from your Mac without issue? Do you receive any errors on your Mac when getting a FaceTime call or is there no activity at all?

Cheers!

Hello! I have the same problem with my Mac. I receive FaceTime calls on my iPhone but at the same time, I don't get FaceTime call notification on my MacBook Air M1. I tested this in any way possible - when it comes to receiving phone calls on Mac, everything works as it should - I can answer the phone call on my Mac without any trouble. The problems starts when somebody tries to call me on FaceTime. Then I receive call only on my iPhone.

After some testing I realized that the issue happens with 2 of 3 contacts tested. I can't find the reason why it happens. Maybe it's because of iOS version? The contact that works fine has 15.0 iOS, but the problematic one has 15.0.2.
