Trouble accessing free apple tv for a year
It's been less than three months since my last apple purchase, and I am having trouble being apple to accept my offer for free Apple TV for a year.

What type of device was that?
The extended free trial to Apple TV+ is for purchasing a new iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV box, or Mac. Other devices are not eligible for this offer.
The offer should be redeemed on this new eligible Apple device, in the TV app.
Since July 1st, 2021, the old offer for a free year has been replaced, for an offer with 3 months duration.
