iPhone 13 pro Video flickering in artificial light/ over light globes

I just got my new iPhone 13 pro and noticed video flickering present when you're in a room with artificial light or when you hover your camera over light globes. The only time it's not present is in natural lighting. I updated it to iOS 15.1 and it's still present. I even noticed it a random person's tik tok video so I could tell they recorded with iPhone 13. It looks horrible. What is apple doing to fix this issue?

Perhaps this is a Faulty Device?:

The screen is apparently faulty. If you purchased this from Apple, then contact Apple Support, requesting that they replace your screen.
