Finding the size of my mailbox in Outlook for Mac (Office 365)

I am running Office 365 on my iMac and trying to find out the size of my mailbox but don't seem to be able to find a solution in the Outlook Help or the MS communities.

Has anyone come across this and have a solution.

I am running version 16.53.

Thanks

Go to this folder:

/Users/username/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/Outlook/Outlook 15 Profiles

The size of that last folder is the total amount of space emails and their attachments are taking up on your drive.

I think it's like most any other office type products, it's as large as available disk space for locally saved data and/or limitations set as part of your Microsoft 365 agreement.

I haven't used Outlook in years, but best I recall, nothing is unlimited and the amount of storage space is determined by what plan you bought into. The same approach OneDrive takes: a very restricted amount of space until you buy more.

Check your license and/or the full agreement you agreed to. It's there somewhere.

I did find this with a quick DuckDuckGo search: Storage limits in Outlook.com (microsoft.com)
